Terms of Service
Effective October 8, 2026
These Terms of Service apply when you use Rent Jesse, a rental search service operated by FrothLogic Inc. doing business as Rent Jesse (“Rent Jesse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Rent Jesse does
Rent Jesse helps renters describe what they are looking for, find property information, save search results, and, when available, prepare an inquiry to a property a renter selects. The service does not own or manage rental properties, decide who may rent a property, or guarantee that a property, price, unit, match, response, tour, or rental will be available.
Property information can change and may come from property websites or other sources. Check important details directly with the property manager before relying on them. Rent Jesse is not a party to a rental agreement and does not provide legal, financial, credit, or housing advice.
Your account and information
Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in links and account access secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. Use the service only for lawful rental searches and only submit information you have the right to provide.
Property inquiries
A survey or account does not authorize Rent Jesse to contact a property for you. A property inquiry requires a separate action for the property you choose and is limited to the details shown for that inquiry. The production service currently does not send inquiries to real properties. If inquiry functionality becomes available, the review screen will show what will be sent before you confirm.
Free service and changes
Rent Jesse is currently free for renters. We may add, change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. We will not charge you for a paid feature without telling you its price and getting your agreement first.
Referral fees
Property managers may pay FrothLogic Inc. doing business as Rent Jesse referral fees or other compensation for renter referrals, including when a renter rents through a referral. The property manager pays this compensation; it does not add a fee to your use of Rent Jesse. A referral payment does not guarantee that a property is available or that you will rent it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person’s account or data, submit false information, or use the service to violate someone’s rights or the law. We may suspend access when needed to protect renters, the service, or others.
Our content and the service
Rent Jesse and its original content, software, and branding belong to FrothLogic Inc. or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service for your rental search. Third-party property names, listings, and materials remain with their respective owners.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties that the service or property information will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or current. To the extent the law allows, FrothLogic Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the new version here and update its effective date. If a change materially affects your use of the service, we will provide notice where required. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
